Our staff slogan? Tiny but mighty. We are a  very small but tight knit team that has one common goal; to serve our community and bring the best food, drink, and hospitality possible to Northwest Arkansas.

Everyone on the team has an equally important role to play and without any one person things would not be the same.  

Heirloom at the 1907 is co-owned by chef Jason Paul and Danielle Ribaudo. Equal partners in business and in life. Danielle handles all guest relations and is our wine director, while Chef Jason takes care of the kitchen, cooking, and menu creation.
